20_渣打银行strength assessment笔试经验
我花了一整晚加上午研究以前的性格测试，点开link才知道今天性格测试不一样了啊啊啊，我摔!
一共18道题，每道题给一个scenario，五个选项，要我们从1(what you most likely to do)排到5 (least likely to do). 我做了40分钟。
一分钟后就收到了两封邮件，一封是report of my superpower, (我是adapt and learn), 另一封是aptitude test的邀请。
我觉得就是跟着自己的直觉走，但是心里一定要有个大概的排序，比如说我遇到problem时prefer handle it independently，遇到new challanges i view as great opportunity to learn.
题目给的scenario都很短，几句话，e.g you have been assigned to new group recently and you don't feel your skill fits in 你会怎么做 blah blah...
