　　Yes,yes,yes,it’s a new day,it’s a different day,and it’s a bright day!Andmost importantly,it is a new beginning for your life,a beginning where you aregoing to make new desicisions,take new actions,make new friends,and take yourlife to a totally unprecedented level!

　　In your mind’s eye,you can see clearly the things you want to have,thepaces you intend to go,the relationships you desire to develop,and the positionsyou aspire to reach.

　　You can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day when everythinghappens as you dream.

　　You can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic momentstrikes.

　　You can feel your face is getting red,your heart is beating fast,and yourblood is rushing all over your body,to every single corner of your being!

　　You know all this is real as long as you are confident,passionate andcommitted!And you are confident,you are confident,passionate and committed!

　　You will no longer fear making new sounds,showing new facialexpressions,using your body in new ways,approaching new people,and asking newquestions.

　　You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion,and youwill show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.

　　You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of yourlife.You will never succumb to challenges of hardships.

　　You will never waver in your pursuit of excellence.After all,you are thebest,and you deserve the best!

　　敬爱的老师、亲爱的同学们：

　　大家早上好!

　　关于端午节起源的传说可多了，其中，纪念屈原的说法流传得最广。屈原是我国古代伟大的爱国诗人，出生在20__多年前战国时期的楚国。他为人正直，学识渊博，很有才干，在楚国担任了重要职务。因为他主张坚决对抗秦国侵略，而受到打击、排斥，还被楚王赶出了朝廷。屈原悲愤极了，在流放途中写下了许多充满爱国精神的诗篇，最有名的是《离骚》。后来，秦国军队攻占了楚国都城。楚国失地千里，尸横遍野。屈原心如刀割，他不愿意看到国破家亡的惨景，就在农历五月五日这一天，怀抱石块，跳进了泪罗江。当时他62岁。

　　屈原死后，楚国百姓哀痛异常，纷纷涌到汨罗江边去凭吊他。百姓们爱戴屈原，当听到他自杀的消息后，纷纷划着船奔向江中，去打捞屈原的遗体，但没能找到。人们拿出为屈原准备的饭团、鸡蛋等食物，丢进江里，据说鱼龙虾蟹吃饱了就不会去咬屈大夫的身体了。后来，为了防止饭团被蛟龙吃掉，人们便想出用楝树叶包饭，外缠彩丝的办法，这便是粽子的原型。从此，每年的五月初五，人们都会自发地来到江边，悼念屈原，还要划着船冲进汹涌的波涛，象征人们争相打捞屈原遗体，以此来寄托对屈原的哀思。久而久之，我国南方就形成了端午节赛龙舟的习俗。因此，端午节又成了纪念屈原的节日。

　　是怎样的精神促使这位伟大诗人纵身跃入滔滔江水呢?是那颗忧国忧民、热爱故土的心。

　　祖国母亲用她的身躯为我们支撑了一片晴朗的天空，开辟出了一片成长的沃土。今天的我们无需用舍弃生命来表达自己的爱国情怀，我们只需把热爱祖国这一信念落实到自己日常的行动上：努力学习，尊敬师长，遵守公德，全面发展，为和谐社会的建设贡献力量。

　　今天的我们重拾起关于中国传统文化的热爱，不也是热爱祖国的表现吗?

　　棕叶飘香，又一个端午节就要到了，让我们在品尝美味粽子的同时，重温屈原先生的铮铮铁骨，继承屈原先生的爱国精神吧!

　　亲爱的老师、同学们：

　　岁岁端阳，今又端阳。

　　印象中，总是感觉端阳是民族传统人文节日里最为人文的一个。缘何如此呢?未细想，只是知道，无论元宵还是中秋，连同近年来也得到了法定节日身份的清明在内，它们大多起源于特定民间传说、民俗内涵、阴阳概念或者是神话故事。像端阳这样缘起于真实历史掌故，主题在于纪念和缅怀心系苍生、襟怀天下的士大夫，还真是别无二例。

　　千百年来，端阳节在延续过程中，其纪念形式及与节日相伴生的活动内容日臻完善并固化，譬如包粽子、做香包、挂菖蒲、悬艾蒿等，黄淮以南的广大地区，还盛行在节日期间举办龙舟竞渡的活动。比较考量起这些内容，也可说明端阳与其它民俗节日的异同，就是在祈愿平顺幸福、顺畅安康的人文主题外，更加突出了生生不息，奋斗向上、拼搏图强的激越情怀。

　　我的老家在东北，东北人过端阳的做法没有关内，特别是南方那么丰富多彩和隆重多姿，我想，其中自然条件、人文历史、地缘区位等方面的原因都有。自然，一方水土一方人，在统一奉庆的民俗节日里，各有个规，各遵其俗，也是再正常不过的事儿。一如农历除夕夜这样的普天共度节日里，北方人讲究守岁、围炉畅欢，天交子时吃饺子，而南方人却是互相走动，打牌搓麻耍社火，在初一早晨吃元宵一样。
