　　Since we know how wonderful the youth is, how can we build our own youth wonderful?

　　Firstly, I think you should set an ambition. Sam Walton has told us: High expectation is the key to everything. Ideals are the navigation mark and ambitions are the power for our striving.

　　Secondly, I think you should think more. Look before you leap, we are impetuous, if we consider everything calmly; there’s nothing that we can not do successfully.

　　Thirdly, I think you should work hard. An idle youth， a needy age. When we are young we are supposed to struggle, to do everything by ourselves so that we can get more experience for our future.
